Reading and server logs
Articles can be read without registration. Hosting and security systems may log IP addresses, request paths and browser information for operation and troubleshooting. No advertising analytics, payment or central automated review service is connected by this version.
Member accounts and cookies
Registration records your username, email, company name and a password hash. WordPress uses necessary cookies for sign-in and session security. Email and company ownership are not automatically verified. Do not reuse a password from another service. Password-reset delivery depends on the hosting mail service.
Submissions and private evidence
Submitted titles, bodies, sources, company names, language and country selections are stored for editorial handling. Content selected for publication becomes public; private supporting files are not automatically published. Proof is restricted to the submitting account and authorised editors through authenticated download. The site operator and hosting administrators can access stored data and backups as required for operation. Files are not automatically sent to an AI review provider.
API access
Application passwords are generated separately from account passwords, displayed once and stored by WordPress as hashes. Revoke them in the member center when no longer required. Requests and submission identifiers may be recorded for security, rate limits and duplicate-submission prevention.
Retention and requests
Accounts, submissions and supporting material remain stored until the operator handles a deletion request or applies a retention policy. Backups can retain earlier copies until their scheduled removal. No automatic retention period is implemented in this version. Use a clearly titled account or privacy request in the member submission form, or contact the operator through your existing business channel. The operator must verify account ownership before acting.
External websites
Source and advertiser links lead to third parties with their own policies. The interface language selector uses WP Multilang with a local interface dictionary. It does not send article text, private submissions or supporting files to an external translation service. Article bodies are not automatically translated. If external analytics, advertising scripts, payments or review services are enabled later, update this notice and configure any required consent first.
